Bike, Walk & Wheel Week Kick Off Celebration

Bring your bike and your friends and help us kick off Bike, Walk & Wheel Week!

Pick up your t-shirt, and enjoy family-friendly activities such as the bounce house, scavenger hunt, or recycled art projects.

Here are the activities happening throughout the afternoon:

Valet Bike Parking - This service is available to all Bike, Walk & Wheel Week participants. People who use valet bike parking will be entered into a drawing for a free bike.

Pedal-Powered Smoothies - Get a pedal-powered smoothie or a homemade root beer from the Bike Bar. All participants are welcome to hop on the bike and power the blender for a while.

Commuter Bicycle Expo and Equipment Swap Meet

Bicycle Polo Exhibition Match

City Transit Bike Loading Demonstration - Learn how to load your bike onto a city bus rack in this quick demonstration, then go on an active transportation scavenger hunt inside the bus!

Bike Safe, Use A Light - Complete a safety demonstration with the Columbia Police Department and get a free bike light set (while supplies last).
